Open Graph images with NextJS, Satori and Sharp

I am an avid user of NextJS, Vercel and everything within their ecosystem. Therefore I was ecstatic when they released @vercel/og and equally disapointed when I realized that it could not be used if you hosted outside of Vercel.

After scouring the web for alternatives, I found that a combination of the packages Satori (Which vercel og is built on) and Sharp gave the same effect as @vercel/og.
